I’ve made a booking through epaylater, but yet it showing “pending from bank end” since last 3days.
How and when will the transaction get completed?

    If you are booking tickets on IRCTC, you can now use our latest In-app OTP feature. With this feature, you can login on the ePayLater App and select ‘In-App OTP‘ option from the profile section. You can copy the OTP displayed here and use it on IRCTC for faster ticket booking experience.

      There is no option for epaylater on IRCTC website and mobile android app.But in epay app it is showing IN APP OTP IRCTC ONLY tab.Where to use it but

        You can view the ePayLater option on the IRCTC website under the Pay On Delivery/ Paylater tab as shown in the screenshot above. However, we are not yet live on the IRCTC app. As and when we are live on the app, you will hear from us.

I have already made a booking through epay from irctc online, suppose i want
to cancel the booking before the payment due date, the amount will be adjusted or not?
kindly advise

    Hi Ramakrishnan

    You can go ahead and cancel your ticket like you normally would.

    We will update the status of cancelled orders as soon as we are notified by the merchant(in this case IRCTC). However, you continue to be liable to make the payment to ePayLater until we receive such notification from the merchant.

    In case you are approaching a payment due date and your refund is yet to be processed we recommend that you make the payment to ePayLater for the amount due to avoid any late payment/penal interest.

    Once we receive the refund intimation from the merchant we will process the refund into the instrument used for making the payment to ePayLater.
